what would you say is an important element in pulling that off?
Awesome! The Ss love it and so do the Ts. Gives more choice and flexibility than regular classroom.

Lots of American Schools on the international circuit use the IB/MYP/PYP. Don’t know if that helps though.

a3: I see kids using the tech to help them problem solve. like figuring out the design to code w Ozobots

While working in schools around FC I have seen amazing work both in PBL and STEM

Study selling techniques and practice the Pixar pitch. People don't "buy" what you are selling but "why"

I collaborate w/ 4th gr Ts & have Ss create an instrument that changes pitch & amplitude & present/perform for an audience.
That is a great point taking what we learned and creating something. that sure changes the way we grade

Yes. I also believe we have to encourage our kids to wonder and explore. we have to get them to that point.
my son is having a Lego robots birthday party this year. I can't wait!
