    Yes they can. Rural areas are often close-knit and even if they are friendly, it's hard for any outsider to feel like they fit in #mnlead

    And this brings us back to the lack of TOC's and what they are dealing with in and educational system dominated by a white population,(like me). There is lots of baggage these new teachers have to deal with outside of the crazy first year of teaching #mnlead
