    A2 A lot of the planning has to do with being prepared to keep your words focused on observation and communicating the impact of the issue at hand. Lead with a coaches mindset in that regard #AWSAconnect

    A) Very plannfully, if possible. Good planning leads to your ability to provide clear feedback in a sensitive, honorable way, which goes far in helping the conversation take hold and help progress occur. #awsaconnect

    A4: Focus on the issue, not the person. One way I show I care is following up individually F2F & see how that person is doing, not living behind the email. It’s uncomfortable for them and for the me, so I need to approach them to let them know we are moving forward. #AWSAConnect
