    #TXED A1 in terms of education the "team" is EVERYONE responsible for the SAFETY and education of the students from the moment they step into the door or get dropped off, until they are picked up or dropped off the bus. Includes custodians, bus drivers, secretaries, etc..

    Have sent agenda ahead of time to allow meeting for collaboration. Team still stuck on idea of putting ideas into google doc. Iā€™ve never been part of a team that truly collaborated, but Iā€™d love for it to be true discussion of how to approach the learning & how to reflect. #TXed

    A4: If dissension/dysfunction is present, accountability appears to go out the window. If thereā€™s no trust, people cut corners. May seem insignificant, but kiddos suffer because of this. Any thoughts on how to ensure accountability/quality of practice when trust is absent? #txed
