A1: collaboration can lead to synergy. Gives us even greater ideas than we started with in the first place. 1+1=3

A2 scheduled team time every week for our grade teams. Support staff invited to attend monthly. Half days on PD days for team time

A5: Edmodo is used with Ts to collaborate in house. G-Classroom for T/S interaction. Twitter and other Soc. Media for T/T Colab.
Think about that one colleague you click with. Others will notice; maybe it becomes 3 or 4 (or more!)!

Was a slow process, but by Jan. most were on board. It has slowed a bit recently, but still happens.
A6: Big fan of Padlet to assist others in seeing the work in real time. Nearpod is good for this too.
