A2 I try to remind teachers that if they keep the same expectations in place for their students and themselves then it doesn't matter what time of the year it is. #AWSAconnect

A2 My mindset is let's maintain a healthy focus on urgency. Every day closer to the end of the year means one less opportunity to ensure a student is set up for success next fall. Everything we do now supports a colleage who has a student next. #AWSAConnect
