#BmoreEdchat Over the summer, I was the lead for ESY. I gave teachers innovative strategies to use in the classroom. Has everyone heard of Mystery Doug? I recharged by getting a glass of wine and relaxing and shopping.

A5: that’s easy - find any way possible to lower their stress. I once watched a teachers newborn for two hours so she could get stuff done in her room. Also, get them any thing they need when they need it if you can. Your willingness to help will pay dividends! #BmoreEdchat
