A2) I like this question and the point it's making. It can be easy with "experience" to bring extra to a situation. Have to keep it simple. That's why I think young people see the world so much more clearly than us. Gives me hope. #OffSandboxNow#HISDAdminChat
A2: You can have so many thoughts running through your head, it’s hard to decide on a course of action. Then you start 2nd guessing yourself and nothing gets accomplished.
A2: 🤔 I can definitely start over thinking things and get myself "stuck" but there are also times when I'm stuck due to lack of info hence the necessity of PLN in both instances!
