    A3: I inspired an entire movement to get foreign transcripts from SIFE and ELLs to promote them to the correct grade. Started with one kid and grew exponentially. Pissed off a lot of staff members at the time but really helped the kids. #122edchat #culturize

    A5: I need to imporve allowing, supporting, and encouraging my little to make goals for themselves. I work with their parents to create goals for their IEP, but they also need to be responsible for their learning. #122edchat

    Thanks, I am working on finding my voice in person. I have a difficult time when F2F. While I find writing a task that I dont' really care for either talking this way with all you wonderful people it is so easy. It must be all the + vibe going on that gets me going. #122edchat
