If appropriate to class(es) you teach, maybe teachers should develop a few TED-style talks, 1-2 a year, and you can add as you go?

Ss use a interactive science notebook. 1 side for learning notes the other for reflective and reframing what they have learned.

If trying to reach struggling readers, you meet with them more often. But the idea of conf being a routine doesn't point them out
