I was telling a small group of teachers this afternoon this. I overheard a book club of 4 discussing how they realized that a reading strategy I had taught them earlier this year applied to their book!! #UCPSCHAT
A.1 Personal was obtaining my License in Administration. Professional building relationships with my kids and allowing them to become leaders in my classroom. #UCPSChat

@ucpschat A3 Leverage Leadership is one that I'll be reading this summer along with Get Better Faster to help support the teachers in my building. Also just got Visible Learning as a recommendation from my @UCPS_ICTeam Christy Scott #UCPSCHAT
A3 strongly recommend Disrupting Thinking by @KyleneBeers and @BobProbst as a way to reset the way you think about preparing readers with the tools they’ll need to navigate all of the information in their universe #UCPSChat
