A4: #pln365 Reaching that one student everyone else thought was impossible and getting a big hug and a huge thank you from him when he graduated with a scholarship to a tech college.

#pln365
A4: I saw a mother, years later, of a student who was selective mute at the time share how my care and commitment played a critical role in her daughter developing trust in the school and starting to speak to others in school. Happy tears!!!! #pln365

A4: My favorite ed memory, thus far... my first year of teaching was in a tough district. End of year, 1 of my Ss said to me: "don't take it peronally, Miss. It is not you, you taught us alot" She wrote me a beautiful card of thanks, I was touched to tears. #pln365
This is powerful and oh so true. We don't have to hide ourselves from our Ss. If we expect them to open up and share with us then we should model that same behavior. #pln365
A4: Tough one. Being the one for an ES student who is now one of the best mother's I know. Being kind & showing compassion led to a human life being given a chance. (I didn't even know it at the time). She is now in college for nursing.
