A1: We had a blast celebrating with @Buncee and @toddparr on our first #WorldReadAloudDay with @SkypeClassroom. My Ss enjoyed Todd's reading of his "The Peace Book". They could have listened to him share his books all afternoon! #Bunceechat
A1 In the middle of Harry Potter theme en Français - read chapter 5 and then watched movie up to that part to discuss book/ movie differences. Ss now getting ready to prepare ID cards for main characters in book. #Bunceechat

A3: We were working together with our friends from @skypeclassroom, facilitating connections between classes. It's one of our favorite things! #Bunceechat

My third grade students and I celebrated #WorldReadAloudDay this year together. Students read aloud a book of their choice to their partner as they were video taped. Tomorrow we will bring our videos into @buncee and create a presentation.
Yes, it is so rewarding. We've been able to do it in past years. I'm thankful to have the opportunity to make global connections. I love that our classrooms no longer have walls. #Bunceechat 🌎
Q4: I just obtained a copy of Malala Yousafzai's new book "Malala's Magic Pencil". It would be incredible to connect with her! We begin our Peace & Conflict unit in two weeks, and I cannot wait to read it aloud! #Bunceechat
Q2: We did not create poems for #skypebunceebuddies. I actually need more information because we would love to get involved in a global literacy peace project.
A5: Too many to choose from! Have students make book trailers on Buncee of their favorite stories for read alouds, and take turns reading each one! #Bunceechat
I read aloud " The world According to Humphrey" to celebrate #WorldReadAloudDay with my students. We can't wait to find out what happens with Humphrey at Mrs. Brisbane's house.#Bunceechat.
