Q2. How do you define diversity in your district? What does diversity mean to you?

A5: Yes! We are expanding our recruitment area and working on our social media presence

A6: Just started looking into grow your own and a local pipeline from school club through college (like a future teachers club)

Q3. Do you have concerns with regards to diversity in your pool? If yes are the concerns growing, getting better or staying neutral?

A7: We are looking for the best candidates for our students, period. We have a standard protocol used for all applicants, with questions aligned to competencies as well as asking all candidates to teach a sample lesson.

Doing what is right and providing role models for all students. I am still stuck on the deficit thinking of practioners/recruiters when they don't see the benefits.
