#HISDAdminChat I plan to be in classrooms more from the very beginning until after AP testing. Learning more from what’s going on in our classrooms. It’s a new year, new learning.
A1: Hardest lesson I learned was that you cannot plan based on the strengths of personnel alone, you have to plan for what kids need and find personnel that fit with that! No matter what changes. #HISDAdminChat

A1 #HISDAdminChat Trauma is real and it sucks! Many adults were traumatized by Harvey! Storms come and go, the trauma many of our Ss go through is ongoing and last forever! Empathy is CRITICAL!

A1 Learned sooo much last school year. Biggest lesson RElearned: No one is in charge of your growth, development, or career path but you. There’s so much freedom in owning that for yourself. #HISDAdminChat
