    A2: I think it's so that those we lead have reassurance in both the direction & support coming from the leader. It's easier for a staff to find strength if the leader has enough to share. However, we are human & everyone has weaknesses. Honesty is even more important. #MEMSPAchat

    #memspachat Confidence is one of the 3 key factors for finding one’s flow... when you reach a heighten level of focus and time seems to be lost. A principal in flow... ever have a day seem like it flew by? You were in flow.

    A7: Gift of time! Gifted myself to teach each class 1/2 hour in December so T's got some xtra planning time. My favorite was a building tour, when was it built?, go to the basement, kitchen, where do the teachers go to the bathroom, etc.#MEMSPAchat
