For my T I will call a staff mtg and surprise them w/breakfast and chat time no real agenda items, just refueling

Sometimes 2-5 minutes is all you need. I started with 2 right before bed and it helped my sleep, which helped my mood.

Another way is to keep myself rested. I go to bed by 9 pm no matter what! Sleep is important to my energy for dealing with Ss
Mindset can make a huge difference...mistakes are part of growth and seeking peace can be a +ve game changer.
