Hi, all. Mark from Carson City jumping in
well said! relationships will develop more professional growth than a sterile and impersonal training
Cute comparison - lives of children or those on planes in hands of both these situations. https://t.co/13FUEVhRoG
Loving the energy in the room!
I've found this to be a very effective approach. Build leadership from the inside out.
Empowering teachers to lead and share!
Would it also be beneficial to have Ts improve in areas of "weakness" and celebrate their improvement?

A3 hybrid roles would achieve both, half a day to collaborate/mentor would decrease stress
A3 cont: Live everyday as an opportunity not an obligation. Life will be hard if you do what is easy.
A3: Wow BIG ?! Think my strength is my honesty about content but also myself Don't feel my school needs to take advantage of it
