Haphazard requests by admin with no regard for teacher's priority. Paper trail, Grading and Retest policies to gratify insatiable demands of irrational parents. Duty, Meetings, Lord Knows Unnecessary meetings that could be effectively implemented by emails.

Trust me, itโs learned behavior! When you are new teacher the pressure is really there to get it all done immediately. You have the stop and make yourself realize if I died today, someone would be doing my work tomorrow. #perspective#urbanedchat

Conduct frequent sincere climate surveys to gauge teacher morale and satisfaction. Reduce teacher workload during hours supposedly called "planning" a.k.a. #plc or #lunchduty
