I think that consequences can work but must be done right. We must make sure the students know that we care and make school a place they love to come! #leadupchat

I personally do not care for suspensions; there is nothing to be learned by staying away from school. Most of the times, Ss that are being suspended are the ones that need the most school support! #leadupchat

I know we can't control all of these but for those we can control, we have to give 100% in order to continue to recruit and retain the best educators for our kids.
