A3: This year my Ss were Ts. They learned how to engage ALL students in meaningful learning at their level. It was powerful!

I personally never did that and I don't think I would recommend it. It's an easy way for Ss to get distracted.

A7: As a TL, I personally take on encouraging the teachers. Trying to take some of the less desirable tasks off their plates
beautiful! There was a 5th grade video at the end of my daughter's last year of elementary school, but not from the class.
