A3: Running. I donāt get to run as much during the school year. Plus, @NikeRunning has some guided runs with @Headspace for some inner reflection. Itās quite nice. #ditchbook
#DitchBook A3 - After presenting for the 4th time in a year at @Region12, we are hopping in the car and getting away. Will be touring the south most of the break. Time recharge after a long but fun year.
A3: this is my specialty. Last summer was a month in Europe. This summer is a month long road trip in my āadventureā van Stella. 3 music festivals in 3 weeks. High Sierra (CA), The ride Fest (Telluride, CO), Phish (The Gorge, WA) scatter in Mt bike and paddle board. #ditchbook
#Ditchbook A3: going to finish reading the #Outlander series and train for my first marathon! (Then binge watch Poldark on Amazon while icing knees from said training) š
A3 well, last Ss day was Friday the 18th. So we did a little family getaway to @GreatWolfLodge this week. Just got back today. It was a great time to personally recharge and have quality family time #DitchBook
Not sure that I could ever ditch #PD all together #LifeLongLearner, but I definitely take some breaks to recharge. For example heading to a Kenny Chesney concert this weekend. #Ditchbook
A3 Personal development is professional development because teaching is very personal. Development is recharging, so no ditching PD (professional or personal) for me š#ditchbook
