A1: I feel that I have grown the most in the area of trauma-informed/trauma-responsive. I heard @SporLin & @PovertyEdge speak and they gave a name to everything that I've always believed about teaching! #PersonalizedPD
That sounds very powerful and so meaningful! We sometimes forget to take into consideration outside factors. That's why relationships are so important. Maslow before Bloom. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. #personalizedPD#prodriven
All of those sound great! I'm a off the high dive, into the deep end kind of girl, but I know not everyone is. You need to know yourself and know how far outside your comfort zone you can go. Presenting for the first time is the important first step! #personalizedPD#prodriven

A5 Strategy 1: Share what you learned with a peer. Strategy 2: Share a failure/setback with a peer and how you responded to it. Both are reflective. Ss may hold back at first, but with practice and repetition, sharing of wins & losses sparks growth. #personalizedPD#prodriven

A4: I find that even though I might be the only tech Integrator at my school, I have my #PLN to ask for guidance and advice. I am constantly learning from them and then cycle through teaching others what I have learned. Sort of a “Pass it on” thing! #prodriven#personalizedPD
