#ALedchat is a weekly chat on Twitter about education topics. It is held each Monday from 9-10pmCST. While the discussion on #ALedchat continues on Twitter well beyond our weekly one-hour chat session, this platform affords us the opportunity to extend, expand and share the conversation with an even greater audience. Educators from across the state of Alabama, and the world, can come here to find encouragement, support, resources, professional growth opportunities and advice, while providing the same to their colleagues.

Essentially, branding can be defined, in this area, as what your school/classroom is all about. Like any other brand, the public easily recognizes the brand and can identify it. So, what brand does your organization have and what are you doing to promote the brand? #aledchat
A1: Branding is what others think of you when you're not in the room. It's the consistent message that's out there about you(your school/district). Could be out there by YOU or others. #takecontrolofthemessages#ALedchat
A1 I post every positive message I can on social media. I make announcements each day with a positive message and post them under #PantherLaunch. As @Othell says, if we don’t create our brand, who will? @clasleaders#aledchat
HAPPENING NOW: @mkiser2 and @justinhefner moderating a conversation on the power of branding WRT school and classroom culture. Follow along at #ALedchat!
A1 Branding is creating a theme my kids can get behind, an idea or mantra that can follow us all year and guide our relationships and learning #ALedchat
If our brand is what we are known as by our Ss, I'd hope mine would be a safe caring community first - if we don't get there first, learning won't be where it should #aledchat
A1 Branding is actively working to establish a theme of excellence in your school/classroom and constantly celebrating, sharing, and referring to it when our Ss demonstrate their potential to be great #aledchat
I am very interested in this topic. I would say a brand is something intentionally created and changed or amended only after much deliberation. I don't mean to be disagreeable...I am looking to learn. #AlEdChat
#ALedchat A1 - Branding is so important. Once an idea of your school is out there, it’s so hard to change that perception. Fight that battle every day.
That is certainly one aspect of branding; what would your most important clients/customers (students) say your school/classroom is all about? #ALedchat
If our brand is what we are known as by our Ss, I'd hope mine would be a safe caring community first - if we don't get there first, learning won't be where it should #aledchat
HAPPENING NOW: @mkiser2 and @justinhefner moderating a conversation on the power of branding WRT school and classroom culture. Follow along at #ALedchat!
R1- Branding is vital to me in so many ways. It allows you to create a platform that enables parents and the entire world to see all the phenomenal things transpiring in public schools. I. essence we get to tell our story like never before! #ALedchat
A1: Branding is how we are seen as a school and a classroom. It’s the perception of who we are. It’s the reputation I and my classes have. For my classroom it’s the community we build and how that community is viewed by others. #ALedchat
A1: Branding is what others think of you when you're not in the room. It's the consistent message that's out there about you(your school/district). Could be out there by YOU or others. #takecontrolofthemessages#ALedchat
Agree, Stephen. We are charged, as dedicated professionals, to ensure that we have created a learning environment where our students feel safe and supported - the foundation for learning #aledchat
A1: Branding is the outward appearance of the school and district. It is more than logos and mantras. Branding has an impact on culture and the daily workings of the school. Look at Us and Come Join Us. #aledchat
Essentially, branding can be defined, in this area, as what your school/classroom is all about. Like any other brand, the public easily recognizes the brand and can identify it. So, what brand does your organization have and what are you doing to promote the brand? #aledchat
Q2: Who do you follow, read, or collaborate with that inspires you to be a better brand manager for yourself, your classroom, your school, or your district? #ALedchat
A1: School branding is the art of storytelling regarding what your school is doing for kids on a regular basis. Branding is the vehicle for communicating values and culture. #ALedchat#tellyourstory
Powerful; there is strength in numbers. Got to get all team members pulling on the right side of the rope and helping to spread the brand/message. #ALedchat
A1: Branding is what others think of you when you're not in the room. It's the consistent message that's out there about you(your school/district). Could be out there by YOU or others. #takecontrolofthemessages#ALedchat
Absolutely! We cannot wait for those huge moments to make our story known; make micro-investments in your brand and it becomes a household name and a belief that all of your community can embrace #ALedchat
I learned at my previous school- if WE don’t tell our story- someone else may try to tell it. And it might be the wrong story. #tellyourstory There’s great things in YOUR school. #aledchat
I love to read blogs by @Jennifer_Hogan and like to see all of the great stuff going on with the #fitleaders hashtag; All of my #ALedchat PLN inspire me each day; the great ideas abound!
Q2: Who do you follow, read, or collaborate with that inspires you to be a better brand manager for yourself, your classroom, your school, or your district? #ALedchat
A2: I collaborate with teachers who have a similar value set, that can challenge my way of thinking and I challenge theirs. The collaborative push strengthens my core #aledchat
We have a strong partnership; left hand and right hand @EdgewoodElem We have really taken our brand to a new level on @Twitter and @instagram over the past two years #ALedchat
A2: Thankful to get to work with one of the best! @mkiser2 is really good at inspiring us all to get the word out about the great things going on @EdgewoodElem#eesbestme
I looked at other states and found SFSP in alabama needed its own name we developed https://t.co/MPvG2FNk2F to help find summer meals for children #ALedchat
Q2: Who do you follow, read, or collaborate with that inspires you to be a better brand manager for yourself, your classroom, your school, or your district? #ALedchat
R2- #joyfulleaders, #PrincipalsInAction, in #momsasprincipals, as well as this awesome group! When I am blessed to review the tweets I feel encouraged as well as obtain invaluable insights from others that have are aspiring to travel the journey I am pursuing etc. #ALedchat
A2 I find new people to follow all the time thanks to Twitter I cant tell you how many books Ive bought or articles I have read because of Twitter
#aledchat
A1: I was just asking my husband to help me define myself as an educator! I’m trying to narrow down to three or four values that define me professionally. I want to make sure my words and actions match those values. We all have a brand, whether intentional or not. #ALedchat
#aledchat is a great community. I am also aware of other districts in the area. We have to be the best us we can be. I am a huge positivity pumper so @SteeleThoughts and @JonGordon11 are my go to guys for that “aha” moment! #peersupport#ALedchat
Q2: Who do you follow, read, or collaborate with that inspires you to be a better brand manager for yourself, your classroom, your school, or your district? #ALedchat
You're right, Chuck. When we are purposeful about creating our brand, it helps to shape the positive perception of our school, increases pride, and creates a stronger sense of teamwork #aledchat
A2: Having spent 70 days with @SteeleThoughts and 20 days w/ @charissacole these are two amazing AL principals. They both value culture and teacher morale in their schools. I also really enjoy @bethhill2829 and many others all over the country:) #ALedchat
This is so true; it is a dangerous endeavor if it is not truly what you are about; if it is fake, it won't last; We do have to be bold and work to ensure our brand is based on our core beliefs and values; nice point #ALedchat
I think this is why I internally struggle with branding. I completely agree with your answer/definition, so I am bothered when someone(their school/district) is “branded” in name alone. When their actions don’t align with the branding, I think the branding can become a joke.
. @EdgewoodElem has the Edgewood Challenge which is Be the Best Me I Can Be we use the hashtag #eesbestm It has really caught on over the past two years #ALedchat
Unfortunately, Teacher morale can be overlooked as not important. I did this mistakenly for a few years...I will never fall into that trap again. #aledchat
A2: Having spent 70 days with @SteeleThoughts and 20 days w/ @charissacole these are two amazing AL principals. They both value culture and teacher morale in their schools. I also really enjoy @bethhill2829 and many others all over the country:) #ALedchat
Exactly! You can only control your organization and your beliefs; do not let the weak brands around you deter you from taking your organization to new heights #ALedchat
Also, when it comes to branding, as educators it goes beyond self, school, and district. Our words, attitude and actions brand our profession, and we have a lot of work to rebrand teachers #aledchat
This is key, Stephen. Important that we have go-to thought partners who share similar philosophies and help sharpen our approach to support our Ss and Ts #aledchat
That is important; your brand can't be something that only you think of you/your organization; if so it is like giving yourself a nickname; it just doesn't work; #ALedchat Great leaders seek input and advice from others
A1: I was just asking my husband to help me define myself as an educator! I’m trying to narrow down to three or four values that define me professionally. I want to make sure my words and actions match those values. We all have a brand, whether intentional or not. #ALedchat

I couldn't agree more. Having go-to partners is key for me. I need to float those "what ifs" out there and bounce things around. And I need people to push and pull back. #AlEdChat
A3: Student VOICE and CHOICE. It's that SIMPLE. Allow students to express themselves freely! Let your students take charge of their learning and be the facilitator in the process! #ALedchat
A3- the only way to gauge it is to be in it. Gots get out of your desk in the classrooms, halls , and cafe. Ask Ss, they will tell you what’s up! #aledchat
A3: Being a part of the culture. Be in the school, talk to students, teachers and parents, follow classes on social media, listen to your people #ALedchat
A3 Ask visitors how they feel when they walk down the hall- it’s apparent in how we greet our students, each other, and the standards we adhere to each day #ALedchat
A3- Honest and open conversations with Ss, Ts, Ps, BOE, Community...QWe must listen to all voices to continue to improve and reach all of our constituency groups #ALedchat
Branded in such a way that it is used as marketing I guess. I may not be on the same track as the question intended. This is just what I’ve experienced.
A3: You can’t effectively gauge culture from your desk...you have to be out of your office, interacting with students, teachers, and stakeholders. #ALedchat
A3 #ALedchat Ask students. Ask teachers. They both love to tell the amazing or not amazing things going on day to day. Hang out in a hallway, lunchroom, on a bus.
A3: We (as administrators) are out in the halls and classrooms and when we do this ... teachers and staff talk. It is easier to know the undercurrent of the school. #ALedchat
A3: If we want some honesty about our classrooms or schools, ask the students! It'll take some tough skin to hear the honesty, but so worth asking the question! #ALedchat
R3- Be visible, conduct surveys that teachers feel comfortable telling the truth as well as student and parent surveys. You cannot be defensive when t’s, s’s, community, & stakeholders noted their concerns not be vindictive. You must be receptive amd encourage feedback #ALedchat
A3) It’s not about being “happy”. It’s about being fulfilled. Are you motivated to teach & learn & be wailing to persevere even when it doesn’t feel good? Are their complaints or concerns? Are issues aired or addressed? #aledchat
A3 Love this question. Culture is exemplified in the conversations we hear (and don't hear), the activities we see, and the energy we feel in our buildings. As leaders we are responsible for increasing the quality of our culture to support S learning #aledchat
Sometimes I fear the outside sees it as less than one. We have to share our successes. Good things happen every week in our classes/schools/districts. We need to root each other on and share those successes. #ALedchat
We can take the temp of the organization on a micro level by having the conversations with all involved; we also build powerful relationships with the same actions; this is not coincidental #ALedchat
A3: Being a part of the culture. Be in the school, talk to students, teachers and parents, follow classes on social media, listen to your people #ALedchat
"Act as I say, not as I do." When your are actively promoting your brand, you will be projecting in the best light. In a class/school environment, your are comm your brand 24/7. How do you represent your brand when you are not promoting your brand? #aledchat
In reply to
@Jennifer_Hogan, @nick_schumacher, @huels_ryan

Where are my manners??? I’m Dr Lee, principal of CHS, Husband, Father, Dancer-bom chika wow wow, friend, Brother, and most of all Educator!!! #ALedchat
A3: Relationships. If we take the time to build relationships within our classroom, school, and community we will always have multiple ways to measure culture. #ALedchat
A3: Asking questions and getting feedback is the best way to gauge how things are perceived. However it’s what we do with this feedback that’s most important. We must let stakeholders be honest and we must do something with the info we received #ALedchat
Listening and knowing when to ask the right questions...and being prepared for tough answers. I had to get my Heart off my sleeve and do what was best for the classroom and my school. #aledchat It can be a guy check sometimes.
A3. You have to be present, build strong relationships with t's/st's/community and ask for feedback. And reflect on that feedback. Then be inclusive & empower those willing to suggest changes or build on where you are having success. It's ongoing. #ALEdChat
A4: We have to fiercly protect our brand; never take it for granted and remember that "Greatness is leased and rent is due each day" @JJWatt#ALedchat#eesbestme
A3- Each and EVERY day students end their school day with the plus and delta process... It is student driven and the teacher who listens learns what the culture of the class has been for the day
#aledchat@DawesPrincipal
A3 A wise person once said culture is made in 30 second increments throughout the day- take the time to lift people up and build relationships #ALedchat
R3- Actions speak louder than words! I simply model expectation & constantly keep teachers and students encourage. Every moment is a teachable moment #ALedchat
A3. You have to be present, build strong relationships with t's/st's/community and ask for feedback. And reflect on that feedback. Then be inclusive & empower those willing to suggest changes or build on where you are having success. It's ongoing. #ALEdChat
A4 I know I've said this before but we should be the biggest cheerleaders for our Ss which also means students in our class/school/district. When good things are happening, let's be the leader of the conversations #ALedchat
Yes. Happiness is a fleeting feeling. Fulfillment is a condition. I can be fulfilled without feeling happy because I am satisfied. I’m not happy with the situation but fulfilled that I will handle it. #ALedchat
A4 To effectively build the quality of the brand, our words and actions must align. We must do what we say we will do. People take note of our actions more than they hear our words #aledchat
A4 As one of the building administrators, I must walk the talk. I need to believe in what we stand for and have my actions show it. If not, the culture will crumble. Must lead by example. #ALedchat
R3- Actions speak louder than words! I simply model expectation & constantly keep teachers and students encourage. Every moment is a teachable moment #ALedchat
A4- my words only mean something if my actions mean something. Don’t tell people it’s ok to@disagree and then get angry when they disagree! You can’t build trust and ownership that way. #ALedchat
A4: In our school, Ts came to LOVE a visit from @DrHSutherland or I when we started tweeting what we were seeing & sharing w/the world. Total culture changer! (They were never opposed to our visits, but they grew to WANT them) #ALedchat
Yes. Happiness is a fleeting feeling. Fulfillment is a condition. I can be fulfilled without feeling happy because I am satisfied. I’m not happy with the situation but fulfilled that I will handle it. #ALedchat
For example - I may not be happy with the outcome of an election. However, I am fulfilled with my life despite the outcome, and if not, I can get fulfilled #aledchat
A3. You have to be present, build strong relationships with t's/st's/community and ask for feedback. And reflect on that feedback. Then be inclusive & empower those willing to suggest changes or build on where you are having success. It's ongoing. #ALEdChat
Agree, Ryan. We have a responsibility to invest in our team. Taking the time to listen and engage shows that we care - a key leadership lesson #aledchat
A4: Actions will also grow/foster/nurture your brand school-wide. Reminds me of the phrase, "dress for the job you want, not the job you have." #aledchat
A4: We have the ability to empower and inspire teachers!! This is a great superpower!! An example, I left a teacher a voice message of the amazing things I saw in her classroom ... she said it fired her up and she played it to her class. #ALedchat
A3. You have to be present, build strong relationships with t's/st's/community and ask for feedback. And reflect on that feedback. Then be inclusive & empower those willing to suggest changes or build on where you are having success. It's ongoing. #ALEdChat
Some great ideas tonight and great learning would love to get some feedback from the group on this recently posted article. https://t.co/eB2Zbo1iJK#ALedchat
A4: Our words are our brand. We must “walk the walk we talk,” if we don’t do this and pretend to be something we’re not then we can’t be trusted. Trust is essential to our brand. People will not buy into what they don’t trust. #ALedchat
A5 I use facebook and instagram the most, but I also use twitter some too - I try to go where i feel like I can send positive vibes the furthest #ALedchat
R5- Twitter and facebook! There are a lot of parents that have one or the other, so this is a platform that I have over the years gravitated to do our story can be told! #ALedchat
A4: As the educators in the building, our words and actions are invaluable as they set the culture. It is important that we set the culture we want rather than letting someone else’s words and actions set a different culture. #ALedchat
I’m right with you. I’m telling three 7 year olds right now, it’s late, and you are not in your right mind past 8 pm cst” #BadParentingon my part. They can’t handle the lateness...or maybe I can’t...either way...bad/fun times #ALedchat
A5. We do everything we can to connect with people whereever they are. Twitter, Facebook, Insta, Website, Remind and email. Sometimes it feels like the gerbal wheel! However, we do it well, I think! But it is work. #AlEdChat
A4. They impact everything! Positivity breeds positivity. Having a “can do” attitude is a must. If we lead to learn, they will learn to lead. #aledchat
A5: We use Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,Snap Chat, Blogs, Websites, Remind..look for #exceptional you are bound to find us! “Shouting from the roof tops.” #ALedchat
A5: Facebook for parents, Instagram for kids, and Twitter for everyone! @PollyRyonMS we have Teet it Tues and Thurs for parents to “tune in” to the good stuff going on!
(link them all to make it easy) #ALedchat
A5: Twitter and Facebook primarily. I’m also part of some chat groups and online communities that allow me an opportunity to express the brand of my classroom. #ALedchat
A5 #ALedchat Mostly Twitter, @RemindHQ@Flipgrid and @Seesaw too. As a classroom teacher I feel like personal relationships with families is where it matters most 💛
Some great ideas tonight and great learning would love to get some feedback from the group on this recently posted article. https://t.co/eB2Zbo1iJK#ALedchat
It's a ton to manage and DEFINITELY feels like the gerbal wheel! I'd love to figure out how to streamline the effort for time and efficiency! #ALedchat
A5: who are you trying to communicate with? Where are they? Where are you most comfortable? Don't spread yourself too thin. You don't have to be on all social media. #aledchat
A5: We have @MaryBAustin FB, Twitter, & Instagram accounts. Many Ts use @RemindHQ@Seesaw and @Twitter You can truly get an inside look at our school by following. Our @MaryBBuzz Ss share live announcements which are also tweeted. Lots of sharing! #ALedchat
He things we’re weird & up too late and he has all kinds of funny things he wishes I’d say 😂😂 “why aren’t there any jokes?” “Why haven’t you done a gif?” “You ask one” oh my 😴 #aledchat
A5: Every social media platform that is being used by our staff, students and parents to talk about our school is portraying a brand, but as leaders we can't control what is posted that may misrepresent our intended brand. Be the model of it and address misconception. #ALedchat
A powerful approach is to add a few others on the same account; like an AP, tech specialist, librarian, teacher, etc. Many hands make light work! #ALedchat
A6. A game changer for creating a quality school culture is fostering an environment where students are empowered and compelled to do the branding for you. #ALedchat
A4) I asked what if it could a lot. It challenges people thinking and also promote to think critically and creatively. It also hopefully years people to think positive and be more proactive #ALedchat
That is true; if you approaching the brand from a consistent and true standpoint folks will be able to see through any negativity or untrue statements #ALedchat
A6 Establishing a collaborative vision and actively supporting it is essential. Team members will work toward what they believe in and what they are supported to do. The excellence brand will follow. #aledchat
Haha! I thought for sure you would send me a snap when you got it going. I do that, too, with just twitter & FB! That's why I don't do IG etc. I want to be strong in at least one, not spread too thin. #ALedchat
A6- buy in from all stakeholders. Ts have to be on board. Ss will follow consistent structure. Like Jim Collins says about the “flywheel effect” if we all push together, works gets easier and more gets done #ALedchat
Seriously! I make appointments on my calendar and approach it like a meeting; if I wouldn't blow off the meeting I take the same approach with my social media schedule #ALedchat We spend our time on what we value
A6 Ways to building your culture vis branding: 1) Timely, positive communication 2) Kid focused 3) Invite families in and FEED them 4)Be visible and make your brand visible to all! #ALedchat
A6 I think Ss are already brand ambassadors for us already. They talk about us and our schools already. Hopefully they are promoting and saying what we are trying to send. #ALedchat
Our brand is only as strong as our product. Create a T and S culture that they value and they will sing your praises to the masses. And no, this is not utopia and you will never make 100% happy. But your people are your brand, not numbers. #ALEdChat
A6. A game changer for creating a quality school culture is fostering an environment where students are empowered and compelled to do the branding for you. #ALedchat
A7: Anytime visitors from the AL State Department, firemen, policemen, anyone that would visit our school ... @SteeleThoughts would take them around the school and show them our Wall of Dreams, our Teacher Oathes, he shared his vision with anybody that would listen. #ALedchat
A6 By connecting and communicating well with parents, we can make them positive brand ambassadors too. Don't just send them "those messages" send them happy ones too. Moments to be proud of. #ALedchat
A6: Involvement. School culture is everyone at the school. Who is contributing to the brand definition? Just the Principal? Then you culture will not progress with your brand. #aledchat
A6 I think Ss are already brand ambassadors for us already. They talk about us and our schools already. Hopefully they are promoting and saying what we are trying to send. #ALedchat
A3- I look are at the body language of the students and teachers as they walk the halls each day to tell if they are excited to be there if not then I will reflect on things that I can change to make the culture of the school better. I also listen to the ads and Ts #ALedchat
A6: The biggest component to developing brand ID and culture is stakeholder buy in. When everyone is on the same page, we all work to protect and develop the brand. Working together we are more successful at being who we want to be and letting the world see who are #ALedchat
A6 #ALedchat Finding leaders within your school to help in the branding and spreading of shared goals. Have those leaders find leaders. Student leaders, too. If you’re doing all the leading there’s only one person to follow.
A6: You have to have a high-quality “product” in order to “sell” it. Be authentic. When you have a strong school culture, it begins to sell itself. #ALedchat
A4: Important to promote positive and transparent words and actions. Even in the midst of negative situations, it’s important not to live there. #ALedchat
A6: Walk the walk. Share positivity, highlight the awesome as well as ordinary things happening in your school. Be authentic in what you do & what you share. #ALedchat
A6: What has been really neat is to see parents, community members, etc. using our brand and sharing our story along with us. Positive press is the best press. #aledchat
A7- started a blog, have a chat starting in two weeks, implementing some new higher rigor classes, promoting, telling everyone about our great school and started #ALedchat
A6: conversations with teachers-students-staff-parents-community. It is not my school-it is OUR school. So many good ideas from others. #collaboration#aledchat
A6: What has been really neat is to see parents, community members, etc. using our brand and sharing our story along with us. Positive press is the best press. #aledchat
I try to send every parent a “something I noticed” positive message the first 2 weeks of school. I try to continue it monthly all year. Those positive touches make a big difference. #ALedchat
A6- getting both the teachers and students to buy into the brand by empowering them with the ability to help set the school culture to meettheir needs #ALedchat
A7: My biggest goal is having more outside involvement in my classroom. The more people who can see what my students are doing the better we are. Involvement is key to distributing your brand. #ALedchat
A6: All stakeholders must be part of the process: admins, teacher leaders, coaches, janitors, bus drivers, cafeteria staff, parents, STUDENTS. #ALedchat
A7: Continue doing what we are doing. It’s so important for Ts to take a moment and do this. I will encourage my Ts to at least tweet one tweet a period. They are currently at least one tweet a day. State tuned. #exceptional#aledchat
A7 To have a positive interaction with each student/family in my building via #goodnewscalloftheday , family engagement activities , or student leadership opportunities #ALedchat
A7 #ALedchat I want to achieve more engagement with social media posts from students and their families. I want to see how the brand/culture is brought home and share that back out. Help to build families their own mini PLN. FLN?
@mkiser2 Joining #aledchat late but heard a powerful message delivered by @CoachToddBates to students/football players from East AL at the @PigskinRoundup Banquet tonight. It was so inspiring.
A7: Determine the overall brand perception through formally gathering feedback from a variety of stakeholders and comparing it to the intended brand. Create an action plan to specifically improve on areas identified through the feedback. #ALedchat
A7- my goal is just to get the positive-things that the teachers and students are doing at Wetumpka High out to the community. I also plan to become a better administrator by listening to the needs of the Ss and Ts. I plan on professional growth from meaning PD #ALedchat
A7 my biggest goal is to continue to make my Ss the center of the classroom. It's their room. It's their learning. It's their future. If I want them to flourish we have to establish a safe, joyful, and trustworthy community. #ALedchat
A7: Stay Tuned!!! @CburgHigh all teachers have set goals independently for this semester. The goals are on the walls of our data room... but evident in each classroom!!! #ALedchat
FA: It begins from within..Get Ss asking Ts to tweet. They’ll go home and ask parents to tweet, it spreads. I have so many parents that look for their kiddos daily. Students are the game changers! #ALedchat
A7: Continue social media connections, including live events, working on Second Summer Parent EdCamp to provide parents a day-long learning experience K-12, getting additional ideas from this chat! 😀 #ALedchat
FA: We must be consistent. Also, we must interact. Our parents love our use of social media. I hear all the time how much they love seeing all of the good stuff @edgewoodelem#ALedchat
FQ: We get buy in by inviting them in. Closed doors make for poor neighbors. Make your stakeholders part of your brand and they will be your biggest supporters and promoters! #ALedchat
FA It can’t be our brand as leaders. It must be our brand as a unit;teachers, leaders, community, students. We must all be the brand and whether we know it or not, we usually are. The question is, are we intentional about what that brand is? #ALedchat#BeIntentionalAboutTheBrand
Buy in comes from seeing successes. Celebrate the little wows that will grow into bigger and better. Never let anyone involved settle for OK! Share, share, and share some more. Never forget your people and don’t be afraid to say...Oops that didn’t work. #ALEdChat
A2: Folks w/ #aledchat#dtk12chat are all amazing! My @TeachersGuild PLN challenge and motivate me. Being a Fellow this year has opened my eyes to branding in and beyond AL. #aledchat
Q2: Who do you follow, read, or collaborate with that inspires you to be a better brand manager for yourself, your classroom, your school, or your district? #ALedchat
