Q6: What are you learning about yourself as a leader?
I don't have all the answers, but we have the answers together. I'm team leader, but we are all teacher leaders.
A6: Never thought I was a T leader prior to this year. Admin bringing in groups of Ts from outside my circle changed my thinking.
A6: I am still learning how to deal with the tough students. We can never have to many methods to reach them.

A6.2: It has made me more confident in my own ability, but humbles me to be my best daily. My reflection has changed ten-fold.
