A4: Being connected is essential. My goal is to teach beyond 4 walls- MUST be connected to do that!

A4 Leadership is tough, Connected leaders gain support system 4 a job that truly has no manual. They face tough challenges daily.

A5: Social media! It's free! Educators NEED to take advantage. I've found that parents read a Facebook post better than email.
A5: Facebook, websites, newsletters, Google Groups....
A5: Google hangouts, Google + communities, our parents also love remind 101

A5 For me, parents respond MOST to email.
Educators also need to realize how it works, it IS where are S's are and helps us know how they think!

Did a cool insta contest with students - we need to share that with parents
We just started using 2 send out district staff biweekly newsletter focusing on positives stories around

EXACTLY! It all starts with making those face to face connections at the beginning of the year.
BUT it IS where the audience is. Check out the book I linked it gives some positive uses.
