#txlchat A1. I finally bit the bullet and threw out this sign. I decided to stop making students choose between studying or working on research or lunch. Yes. Kids can eat at the library.
A1 My biggest success this year is teaching my freshmen students about citations and annotations to the point that now they ask how to cite EVERYTHING! They make my librarian heart happy! #txlchat
A1: I taught well over 100 #information literacy lessons on over two dozen campuses in my district this year, to everyone from 2nd graders to seniors. I'm pooped! #txlchat

#txlchat A2. One goal is to be more spontaneous. Every project doesn’t have to be planned for over a week. It doesn’t need to be perfect. Did this Poetry Slam today while scanning inventory. Kids loved it and showed up.

A1 there were some cool highlights for me, but one that really sticks out, bring this cute, little furry guy (Hamlet) into our space. He brings a ton of joy to kids. I have seen more Ss & had more conversations! It’s like an instant ice breaker. #txlchat
