A1: Life and fair do not go hand in hand. Fair is the outcome of a decision made, for or against you. The result is what you will have to live with. #fcpslearn
A3: Failure is the fuel that drives innovation and change. Without losses or failure, we would be satisfied operating under the status quo. Without failure or setback, nothing would ever change. #fcpslearn
A4: Titles are overrated. There are leaders in every environment; unsung heroes that carry the banner for their organization without ever being noticed, recognized, or appreciated. It is these people that we can set as the foundation for greatness. #fcpslearn
A5: Are incredibly underrated, + better than you might think. They're the same ones you criticize for being loud or obnoxious in the neighborhood. They're overcoming challenges that life throws at them, on the fly, that we never dreamed of. Love them. Appreciate them. #fcpslearn
Fair is coming to a discussion or situation with as little presumption as you can and with a consistent process. It is also responding in a way that is not always equal, but what is needed for the individuals at that time and circumstance. #fcpslearn
