A2: Can be such a problem, especially when you’re out of routine or familiar places.
That is when routine and discipline help a lot, but also remembering why it’s your goal in the first place. And being unafraid to tell peers and bosses why you can’t compromise. #TOSAchat
T I M E. There's never enough time. I HAVE to prioritize to get ANYTHING done, and there's always something that has to be left off the list. Making sure my goal is a priority is tough but necessary. #tosachat
A3 Time, money, and buy-in of others are tough obstacles to overcome. Creative planning and perseverance are pretty effective for all, though I get impatient at times. #tosachat
A3: My hurdles are often self imposed. Too high of expectations. I often dismantle them by deciding what can be done and doing it. Biggest hurdle is being overwhelmed and doing nothing - which never makes sense, and yet... #tosachat

A2: Sometimes distractions can’t be helped. I’ve had to reevaluate goals several times this year as new & unexpected priorities arise. Sometimes it’s about being adaptable #TOSAchat

A3: When I see possibilities but the effort and work is missing. Working on finding lots of entry points to build those relationships and make the connections so I can give a gentle nudge. #tosachat
A3: I’m thinking specifically of a blogging goal that I have right now. I think my biggest obstacles are fear and time. Not doing it “correctly”...which after #fallcue with @MsVenturino and @TheWeirdTeacher I thought I was over...😖 #tosachat

I refer back to the list that I originally created. As long as I cross off what needed to be done then I am good. My grandfather taught never to be too big for my britches otherwise trouble will be about. #TOSAchat

It can eat at you. I try to work past it by going over every detail of what I need to get done. It is exhausting but I tend to forget about the self-doubt. LOL! #TOSAchat

Those sound like my exact obstacles for blogging. @CoriOrlando1 says just ship it…write it and send it, share it then feel the love. That said, still haven’t posted mine yet.

A5: You would be surprised what a kind word of encouragement can do. I know that @KarlyMoura and the crew of @TOSAchat have inspired me to continue to grow as an educator. There was a time where I wanted to quit but found #TOSAchat and #HyperDocs and new friends.
