Q1: What type of camps does your program host in the summer?

A1: none. Would love to host a city wide lineman camp and just do the basics for offense and defense for the younger crowns

A1 cont.: We also host out junior high programs and let them practice with our Soph team for a couple of sessions

A2: Gridiron camp is 1st grade through 8th grade...Incoming freshmen is for, well, incoming freshmen

A2 we have the all age skill camp. We go to a camp where we take just incoming 9-11, and one where we take varsity

A2: shoot for younger middle and elem kids. Get the community involved and excited about our program. Support is lacking

A3: Three days for 1.5 hours. Split the time between Offense and D. Rotate them through position stations

A1 we have a speed & power camp from Monday to Thursday. 10th through 12th graders are 8-10. Underclassmen & all girls 10-12.

A3 our camp is 4 days. 2 hours each day. Other camp was 2 days. Friday night from 6-9 and Saturday from 9-12

A3: 3-5 days for 2-3 hours. Have games and feed them too. At the end have older guys come for autographs

A4: Full team camps for our High School guys. Like just doing skills camp for our feeder programs.

A4: depends on age. Older kids need more attention. Younger keep it team, keep it fun and entertainer.

A4: I think skills are more beneficial to the younger kids, and they have more fun with it...our freshmen get a team camp

A5: We do, but I am not sure of what they are...have to do with money, coaches per camper, and what not

A5: We aren't allowed to travel out of state for team camp. We host our LL camp at our place.

A5: not to my knowledge the other HS in the district holding a camp for OL at the end of July. I don't think anyone ever has

A5: We did a TEAM camp in June. Significant impact on the program. Great examples set by OTHER teams helped our team get better!

A4: I'd rather see a team camp. Unity

Yes! One school brought five full squads, youth through varsity. Wing-T camp. Schools who came are successful.

Indies, then group, with team time being all "your school's" players. Instructor coaches hung out with each school.

A5: Small facility rental fee, reservation required, can charge max of $50/camper unless outside coaches involved, insurance

Hey, WE didn't host this. Was at Trine (IN) Univ. Same guys do commuter camps at HS locations. I'm a believer!

A7: been thinking about a community give it back day. Team does volunteer work, yard work, cleaning, trash pick up, etc.

A7: We help at the elementary festival day, and have the players cheer on the Youth League championship game

A7: We do off season weight training/speed work 4 our JR high kids. 3 days a week 4 an hour beginning in Jan till end of school
