For World Wise Schools - is a great resource! https://t.co/7VsXBfqgte
A6 When was classroom T used World Wise Schools to connect Ss overseas thru blog & videoconferencing
As long as a Google App is available...may need to check this out with our team!
Good! I'm learning a lot from everyone, too!
A6 As a teacher we have to "weave" ideas around empathy, kindness and imply throughout the day. Through sharing our stories..
A6: Revamping our curiosity project for Ss: Pt1 Curious about you as a learner, Pt2 What are you curious about, pt. 3 - TBD
Elementary. We tried for the first time last spring and plan on doing more of it this school year

A6 As a teacher we have to "weave" ideas around empathy, kindness & making a difference throughout the day. Sharing stories..

I do m best sharing in the lunchroom when I get excited about what the Ss are doing. https://t.co/GgVmNCg4gk
Q7:Share one way you plan on increasing global education buy-in from other educators & school administrators this school year.
A7 for administrators good way to get buy in is to show how global ed teaches Ss critical analytical skills
A7 Get parents excited about it, so they pass among other parents.
So I'm SS & ELA,but my school is all interdisciplinary project-based so HS - potentially SS/ELA/tech-focused :)
A7: I think a compelling argument for the urgency of goes a long way to building buy in and inspiring colleagues.
Q7: Community based learning projects - get Ss out in the community and let them show how a global approach = success
Those are great. Want to write something for teachers to pick up & use - have been told its needed. Sept. Project!

Getting the point across that is central and not peripheral is important. And it's not just for social studies Ts !
A7: Do a better job of inviting others into our classroom so they can see the awesome things our students are capable of.
I knew your name was familiar. We've emailed about it!
A7:We plan to share our story through the eyes of our Ss -video testimonials, tweets, personal essays -Unity Through Diversity
We breathe at ASGE part of schools.
A7: New science standards opens the door to discussions on modifying units to model and apply info. to real world application
A7 I try to keep blogging thoughts on how lack of global connection, interculturality will kill student motivation to continue
What do you think of this? We use Hangouts @ . Be interesting 2 compare user experiences.
We do this when we analyze lit theory, using a book "Critical Encounters in High School English" by Appleman.
I haven't tried the new way yet. I love GHO so I hope it's not a radical change!
That is my plan! Play with it!
Can I take this class? Sounds fun!
