#SPUedtech is a new chat for university students who are studying about technology integration. It will take place the second Monday of each month, at 5:30 PM Pacific time. It will focus is on topics related to the effective use of technology in the classroom.

Q1. What does it mean (to you) to be a technology leader?

A1: Be willing to try new ideas/technologies as they become available!

A1. Taking risks and sharing learning. People (including myself) are sometimes intimidated by all that is out there.

A1: Being willing to share and teach others about what you know and are learning.

A1. Understanding how to successfully implement/integrate technology into your classroom or school.

A1: Leading by modeling then getting out of the way.

A1: Encouragement, modeling, willing to try new tech, be available to help when needed

change way pupils learn, Onenote , automate processes school,able to interact withpupils in a sense means something to them

A1: Seeking training in new technology and not being afraid to implement technology in the classroom everyday.

A1: Leaders must also model how we deal w/fear (esp w/tech). When they see us persevere, they'll know we're not afraid to learn!

A2: the obvious great tech fool for Ss is - so many possibilities for Ss to write, create, collaborate, organize

A3. Sign-Up Genius for easy scheduling of conferences or events

A2 Surface Pro 3 + Wireless Display Adapter + OneNote. . Khan Academy has also become my new favorite friend also.
