The AkPLN logo is on the top now, and there are a bunch of options for professional learning down the lower left sidebar. Oh, and a gigantic font notice saying "newly joined" at the top ;) #akedchat

The options you're seeing down the lower left sidebar are Quick Links to #AkPLN teams that often used. The Quick Links make it quicker :) to find the team you're looking for. But there are 2 other ways to find your team, as well. #akedchat

What you see on your #AkPLN HomePage is tailored to fit your profile. What you put in your profile and your activity on the site determines what you will see on your HomePage! #personalizedlearning ! #akedchat
That's a good question! I'll have to look into it more but I believe everyone can see your name & interest tags. To see everything in your profile they must be a Connection of yours. Go to Community > Teachers. What you see there is what everyone can see of your profile #akedchat
I really like that I can search by age, subject level, topic, etc. There are a number of good science videos, but I can narrow it to science literacy, inquiry, or whatever. High quality, and they're pretty short! #akedchat
A6: Being able to sort by webinars, conferences, and classes (e.g., ASTE, RTI, ASLI) is super handy. Searching by keyword or videos types saves time and enhances efficiency. Nice! #akedchat@TeachingChannel

I think that multi-graded classrooms are a huge factor that is hard to get resources on. I would love to collaborate on that and have Deep Dive resources on the topic. #AkPLN#akedchat
A9: Two areas come immediately to mind based on what I’ve observed across the nation: Leadership (meaning leadership at all levels — leadership is a mindset, more than an official position), and Family Partnerships (true partnering, more than involvement or engagement).

Yes for now. Those are teams that are Open & members can join them 4 their own pro lrning. They can be used at their own pace and not attached to credit. We're still growing! In our 3rd year now and we have over 1400 members! But with 8000 AK Ts we have more to include! #akedchat
