Q2 #HISDAdminChat May doesn’t look like August because by May we hope we have perfected everything we introduced in August and fine-tuning the things that we added on through the year. Also in May we are thinking about the next August, where we can refine refine refine.
A2. Just like in a relationship, we’re getting to know each other in the beginning, but within a year, we’ve gotten so comfortable with one another that we’re finishing each other’s sentences! #HISDAdminchat#letlovelead💜

A2: We place too much emphasis on preparing for the test, that once it’s over, we feel school is over. It’s like the start of a race. You’re more poised and strategic. Towards the end, you’re just trying to cross the finish line. #HISDAdminChat

A2. Test prep. I've been thinking a lot about this and how we can spread out tutorial money to begin in the Fall instead of packing everything into the Spring. We already know who needs interventions. #HISDAdminChat

Q2 We model it. We'r thinking school is over. Even though we all need a break, we should end with goals for the next year. Ts & Ss should leave thinking what I accomplished, whre I need to grow, & what barriers to remove. Have a growth plan for August. #hisdadminchat
