A2: Favorite thing I did in kindergarten is utilizing the Zones of a Regulation and helping kids learn how they feel and then learning tools to help them get into a ready to learn zone. They created toolboxes of strategies that worked for them. #ohedchat
A3: I think the consistent implementation of PBIS has helped provide Ss with an environment with clear processes. Our elementary intentionally practices routines and provides feedback to Ss. Ss are beginning to recognize their strengths ! #OHedchat
A4: Every student (gr 6-8)gets time and support for a Passion Project. It is amazing to see what these Ss choose to do. They are difference makers, given the opportunity. #ohedchat
A4: I do the unstructured time of day...lunch/recess duty! We are in our 3rd year of @Playworks. Its a recess curriculum intended to facilitate positive play, conflict resolution. Voice & Choice is what we do! #ohedchat

A5: I bring 18+ years experience. My growth mindset “Learn, Adapt & Adjust” helps me with since education evolves and changes...its never remains constant. #ohedchat
A5: I think my strength is the ability to see connections where others may not - and then help Ss or Ts see those connections too. And I try to see the upside of possible challenges. #OHedchat
A6: I will be reaching out to a few students to invite them to the Fab lab for a leadership opportunity. Sometimes a kid hearing an admin say "It would be wonderful to have you as part of our FabLab Fellow (leadership) program. Come learn with me!" is a game changer. #ohedchat
