I call my reflection time "white space". I make sure to have that time every week.

To recharge I pull weeds from the flower beds, I reflect when organize my classroom, relax means read a good book!

A2 Children develop best within the context of nurturing relationships-Taking time to ensure all children feel cared for matters
A2 Goal setting helped my ss see where they were and where they wanted to be by end of year.
