A1 Service learning projects are so rewarding for the community
A2 Learning process. We are so wrapped up in the end-what about what we learn along the way? Eliminate grades; call them goals
, a2,I would like to personally recognize each of my staff members & Ss for their successes daily, not sure how, wish I could.
A2: teachers taking risks and trying new instructional approaches. It's a great use of faculty meeting time!

A3: We have to model the behavior of praising one another.
A3 Model positive behavior: greet hello, make eye contact, spend a few minutes really listening to each other-take time!
