    A1 We spent about 3 days on EC with s simulation. Ss discussed how the EC impacted election. Classes were pretty split on win/loss #sstlap

    Probably not, since congressional districts in large urban states have higher pops than those in small rural ones. #sstlap

    Yes, very hard. Best realistic bet for change is electoral vote compact laws already adopted by several states. #sstlap
