    A3. I've had a LOT of educators come alongside and teach me a variety of things. I adopted: -empathy -considering the WHY -backwards design -timely/detailed feedback -listening -valuing new and vet teachers -consistency in expectations -a more global view of learning #LearnLAP

    A7 I am so lucky to be a social studies teacher. Teaching geography allows me to always be on the lookout for a teachable moment. I constantly have my Twitter feed up and if I see something cool I show the kids. Maps/charts/breaking news etc. #LearnLAP

    #LearnLAP Opening the world to our Ss. Thanks to Skype and Hangouts our students in grades 6-8 have visited Sweden, Russia and Canada this year. Grades 2-3 will visit Israel in January. It’s my job to take our Ss beyond the walls.

    A7 I try to not be doing tasks, (easier said than done). For example, when it is reading time, I pull out my #learnlap book (or some other awesome #TLAP book) to show that I want to learn too! When it's math, I'm working with Ss and playing the games too!

    A7 sharing ss work with other teachers is great too. They LOVE staff voting on projects. Feedback from teachers that aren't me on stuff they did in my class #LearnLAP

    A7 - As students accomplish the goals they set for themselves, they write their accomplishment on a Post-It and put it on our board. Once per month I take them all down and we have a mini-celebration together! #LearnLAP
