    My assessments now are basically performance tasks. So they definitely need to be able to perform tasks #LaEdChat

      A4: I agree... I'm all about the rigor. I just presented on that twice at TCEA. You have to have students start to connect the dots instead of only collecting them!!

    A5: In addition to the performance based assessments that I assign, I make sure that some of their assignments are for them. Ie: Create a document about your favorite artist, food, person, etc. I want them to tell me what they like #LaEdChat
