I love bringing in lots of lights for children to explore. The kids put them in blocks, in the sensory table, on each other...We all celebrate differently, but so many winter celebrations involve light. #kinderchat

When I was in a classroom, there was always a day where Santa left hot cocoa for the kids while they were out at recess, and wrote a note on the board. The magic was REAL. #kinderchat

W older kids now and we are deep diving into Patricia Polaccos stories- read “Welcome Comfort” if you haven’t! #kinderchat Bit too long for Ks IMO (takes us about 45 min to an hour to read) but such a nice story for older kids
