I would love to solve the “principal as a pinch point” dilemma. We have to find a better way to encourage, grow, & support our principals. The burden on them & their hidden pressures are unbelievable. #edpiper

My best insider advice to teachers is to apply to present at professional education conferences. For me, it was life changing. Volunteer for committees. Put yourself out there. The more you network, the more doors will open, & everyone benefits, inc students. #edpiper#shine2019
