Oh, Tamara!! Don't you just LOVE the squeals of delight (or I guess in this case FRIGHT) when your kids experience #ARVRinEDU ?? Although @froehlichm would definitely not be happy with that particular experience!

Q1 While I keep the #ARVRinEDU chat focused on education, this particular #VR experience is connected to a book your students may know, #Goosebumps. How can VR experiences connected to books support student learning?
#VR book experiences allow for students to become immersed into the setting and feel of a book and make deeper connections to the content and characters :) #ARVRinEDU
Q3 I literally yelled out loud in some of these scenes. Finding the missing pieces was fun, especially exploring the house. How many of your students would opt into this type of experience? #ARVRinEDU
A2 I don’t think that particular book would be appropriate in an elementary classroom, my students would be terrified 😬 The experience would be way more intense than the book #ARVRinEDU
Q2: All depends on where and who you teach. I haven't played the game (just downloaded) so I don't know how scary it is. I don't like to deal with things I would have to send home a permission slip for. #ARVRinEDU
A3: I can't wait to try this! It's totally my taste. However I wouldn't be able to use it in school. I do have students who love horror even in elementary, but most do not. #ARVRinEDU
#arvrinedu my school is doing 30 minutes of global read aloud on February 1st we will all be reading to our students, would be fun to explore the book in VR afterwards.
You know, I tried a bunch. Many were book studies. I ended up here. Kathy Renfew @KRScienceLady helped me a lot. I just stay here. Oh, #ARVRinEDU and all the maker peeps I follow.
