I can completely relate to this. And my parents struggled through the process as well. Now, as a parent myself, it can feel daunting as I start to think about how college has changed from when I was a student! #wearewayne

Q4. When comparing award letters, how did you determine "your" BEST fit? #wearewayne
  • sngltn3737 Sep 25 @ 8:20 PM EDT
It’s funny, I don’t remember there being any. I was so involved in high school that I wanted to give myself a break and see what I was drawn to. I changed majors in the first year, so it wasn’t about programs for me, just knowing I had good options when ready. #wearewayne
    In reply to @WendySkibinski
  • Thewrightway16 Sep 25 @ 8:20 PM EDT
Q2: I wanted a college that ‘felt’ right. Butler was a place that I just knew would lift me up and challenge me academically. Their systems made sense to me as well. I wasn’t overwhelmed. #WeAreWayne

  • QueenJRB Sep 25 @ 8:21 PM EDT
A4: Truth: the most money. I wouldn’t have gone anywhere that didn’t fit “me,” but as the oldest of 3, with a single mom, I needed that kind of help to be able to afford a 4-year degree. #Wearewayne
  • MrsWey10 Sep 25 @ 8:22 PM EDT
A4: it “felt right” ... offered the major and extra curricular opportunities I was interested in, plus had a great reputation! #wearewayne
