Yes it can be difficult having different opinions shared, but it's better than the constant echo chamber.
I use TweetDeck to isolate & organize all the #'s I follow. I also use it to schedule tweets. Love my TweetDeck!

Twitter is vast & wide while is where my PLN has grown n depth The connectivity is different, n a good way, from Twitter
We started a group so we could all chat in between our weekly chats.
I use hootsuite and quite like it (it's the only app I've tried - I know tweetdeck is much more popular)
I use for scheduling stuff, but not for my actual chats. Maybe I should try it there too.
this made me lol. My plan to prep veggies while chatting the other night was a huge fail. Dinner was late.
