A1: Career Services should work closely w/employers to see what makes students marketable. That info can be shared w/ Acad. Affairs.

When I attend a job fair re: grad programs, I try to chat with employers to see what skills they need.

A4: O/L programs used to be viewed as cheaper. Many times, the O/L programs are more $$$. Pay for convenience, not experience.
