When I attend a job fair re: grad programs, I try to chat with employers to see what skills they need. #IOLchat

#iolchat our business school has reqs for internships between JR/SR year. Employers have standards to meet.

Q4: #iolchat MSW advanced standing (SU) has online classes - internship 24 hrs wk is in the field. Allows time for filed.

A4: O/L programs used to be viewed as cheaper. Many times, the O/L programs are more $$$. Pay for convenience, not experience. #IOLchat
