    #admin2b Interesting analogy with flying the plane while building it. I see the imagery but also think of Edison who failed 100's of times inventing lightbulb. He was failing while trying, but was learning along the way. Sometimes you just have to believe in process and go.

      I have liked the poker chips as a quick way of allowing kids to get their input shared equally. It puts accountability into their conversation
