A2: When my book came out last November, I had SEVERAL educators ask if it will be an audiobook so they could listen on car trips, working out, cleaning, etc. Hoping the audiobook version will only reach more educators and have a larger impact! #ProDriven#PersonalizedPD

#personalizedPD#ProDriven I've been surprised at how some of my colleagues seem to be influenced by the PDI attend/do. My Ss see I work hard and want to work hard to please me. Last year they said they appreciated how I constantly learn to make myself a better teacher for them!
Agree, but what a few schools around here ran into was a change in grading happened, but instruction did not. 21st-century grading NEEDS 21st-cnetury instruction. #ProDriven#PersonalizedPD

A3: It's very complicated... Dealing with incendiary kites and balloons from the Gaza strip to the south of Israel. Many many acres of crops and wildlife are burnt to ashes. When we get back to school we'll discuss possible solutions to this problem. #personalizedPD#prodriven
