Not everyone is interested in the things that I'm interested in, and that's okay! The world needs all sorts of people to work!

A2 Start by chatting with students about what needs to change. Then try to be creative in how you address it.

When I have no support I've tried to do my best with the students first and foremost. And move on if things don't improve.

We are here for the people who need a boost! We are all worth having others love on us, and is a great community of support.

Q2 As an educator in an alternative school I've had to learn to be flexible and constantly look to learn

A4 Teaching can be isolating. So easy to get stuck in your classroom. If no support, compliment others & ask to observe them.
