    A2: My father has been a leader who has inspired me. As a teacher and administrator for over 35 years he modeled for me what it meant to be and administrator, teacher, mentor and coach. I try my best to mentor and guide teachers and students the way he still does! #p12leaders

    HUGE role! I️ have changed my faculty meetings in order to model more. I️ now use each months meeting to model an effective teaching strategy that my Ts can put into place in the classroom. “laundry list” of faculty mtg highlights is sent out in Google Slide format. #P12Leaders

    Any tech doesn't have to be anti-relationship. Just have to have clear vision of how to use as a tool to draw folks close. Used Padlet and FlipGrid a few weeks back for a remote team mtg. It was a ❤️fest. #P12Leaders

    A8-Take continual risks and make it a priority to participate in PL outside of my comfort/knowledge zone. Those already in church weekly need the sermon less than those outside the walls. #p12Leaders
